The first time I had a claim in 2002 ( husband was hit by a drunk driver) they had private detectives asking our neighbors if our married daughter lived with us. She did not and had her own insurance. They made our neighbors think we were bad people. Asked neighbors what we did for a living and insinuated we were driving a Lexus because we sold drugs. We were teachers and we both worked 2 jobs. I vowed to never do business with them. 20 years later I tried them again. I was rear ended and have significant inju. read more
Ri Lo 4 years agoI had Ameriprise for about 8 years because it was advertised by Costco and thought it was the same high quality and value service but two weeks ago I wanted to add another car to my policy and the numbers were astronomically high even though I have a clean record.
