The Court's Local Rules contain Advisory Committee Notes that are useful in interpreting and applying the rules. Effective on April 15, 1997, the Court amended the Local Rules to conform to a national uniform numbering system based upon the numbering system employed in the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Other rules have been amended since that date.
